Dr Nolubabalo Tyam
Dr Nolubabalo is the Lecturer in the Multilingualism Education Project (MEP) in CHED at the University of Cape Town, where she is also a responsible for the isiXhosa literature competitions and terminology development. She is the former member of the UCT’s Language Policy Task Team. She lectures isiXhosa basic communication skills to the university staff and students at UCT. Her research focus is on second language teaching with special focus on the medical sector; and has presented papers nationally in this regard.
