What a positive year it has been for the nGAP office!  It is our pleasure to introduce three of our lecturers as newly promoted senior lecturers. These are:

 

Lindokuhle Njozela

Lindokuhle Jozela

Lindokuhle, Phase 4 nGAP Lecturer was promoted from Lecturer to Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics. He further completed his PhD in Economics. 

Xolisa Guluza 

Xolisa Guzula

Dr Xolisa Guzula, Phase 3 nGAP Lecturer was promoted from Lecturer to Senior Lecturer. She graduated with her PhD in 2021, while in 2022 she celebrated her Imbhokodo Book Series. These are children’s books that speak highly of unsung women heroines who were born and raised in black communities in South Africa dating back in history to date.  

 

Nomfundo Ramaleka

Nomfundo Ramalekana

Nomfundo, Phase 1 nGAP Lecturer was promoted from Lecturer to Senior Lecturer. She further completed her PhD in Law.

Nastassja Koen

Nastassja, Phase 5 nGAP Lecturer was promoted from Senior Lecturer to Associate Professor. She is currently Head of Division of Psychopharmacology and Biological Psychiatry, in the Department of Psychiatry.

Melissa-Rose Abrahams

Melissa, Phase 4 nGAP Lecturer was promoted from Lecturer to Senior Lecturer. She is attached to the Institute of Infectious Diseases and Molecular Medicine.
